In the 60’s when he first started Julian only had pit run gravel, which as the name suggests is just gravel dug out of the pit as is. Pit run contains sand particles all the way up to the biggest rocks in the pit. Before long he purchased a jaw style crusher to break the bigger rocks down to a smaller size, making a more consistent gravel to work with.
Now Nash Ent. uses a combination of jaw & cone crushers; multiple screen decks; conveyors and a wash plant to make an assortment of products for all aspects of the construction industry. This allows us to meet gradation and fracture face requirments that insures our products meet or exceeds industry standards.
